It is fast, it has plenty of new computers and it is at the heart of the
centre just behind the cathedral. It sells cold drinks too.

The only problem with this
place is finding the entrance.
This is
located on Valdivieso, next to the video-game arcade 'La Esquina'. You will have
to enter through what looks like an art-craft shop. Ask the shop keeper.
